# KinfeMichael Tariku

I'm a design and software engineer, and above all an open source maintainer. I co-founded [Better Auth](https://better-auth.com), maintain [assistant-ui](https://www.assistant-ui.com) and run [Farming Labs](https://github.com/farming-labs), where we build [Farm.js](https://farmjs.dev) and the libraries around it.

I'm a deeply technical person. I write about how frameworks and runtimes work underneath, AI tooling and the rest of the web stack, and I love reading books as much as writing; the ones I've finished are on my [books](/books) page. I still solve competitive programming problems for fun.
